The
first thing I think about American Food is hamburger. While rice is the main
dish in Vietnam, hamburger is my main meal when I come to the U.S. Fairly, it
is really delicious and I love it. However, it may be so fat and have a lot of
calories. I even gain almost 8 pounds after 2 months here. It is unbelievable. The
special thing I can see in American Food is that it is extremely large. That’s
the reason why I gain weight easily. In my experience, American Food is tasty
and special but it is not good for my health. You can enjoy eat it but should
not consume it so much. Hamburger is considered one of several reason causes in
the popular obesity in the U.S. In contrast, besides steam rice, the Vietnamese
usually eat vegetable in their meal. This habit is extremely good for our health
and heart. One more thing I find American Food unhealthy is that the American
eats so much red meat. Conversely, the Vietnamese intends to eat more fish. Consequently,
I like to cook Vietnamese Food myself and just hang out to enjoy American Food
at weekend.
